Obviously it's a strange and unpredictable time. Some of us are so busy we don't get to sleep; others of us are climbing the walls from boredom and panicking about our rent. Everyone is experiencing this chaos differently.

If it helps, keep in mind that no one is great every day. Please try to remember to cut yourself some slack on the days you need it, and to push forward on the days you can. After all, we have at least another month of our current lockdown, and in one way or another, it's trying all of us.
